I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very musty smelling, but they did their job and were large, roomy, and very comfortable. The service was good overall; however, I had an issue with the laundry service. The location was convenient, being across from the university and near the SIUE campus, but there were noisy disruptions until departure in the lobby/breakfast area. The dining was a hit or miss for me; most of the food was good, with the exception of the lackluster bagels. The facilities were in decent condition, but there were some areas that needed improvement.
